Precision Brain Morphometry


We offer a full panel of brain morphometry including cerebral lobe tissue measures, (frontal, temporal, parietal and occipital GM and WM), CSF (internal, surface and total) and a complete panel of subcoritical structures, including caudate, putamen, globus pallidus, nucleus accumbens, thalamus, hippocampus and parcellated cerebellum. 

To provide you the most accurate results we prefer you supply us both T1 and T2 scans on each subject. (The T2 image enhances the accuracy of ICV and surface CSF measures.)  However, if you only collect T1 data, it will often be adequate for most studies. 

In addition to the volumetric data provided in the either panel we will supply you with the full set of analyzed images, with code images (masks) of each subcortical structure.

Onsite Analysis

If you prefer to complete your own analyses in-house, we offer assistance with software installation as well as either remote or on-site training for your technicians in the use of image analysis pipelines.

Custom Analysis
